I have put together a list of great easy to apply Feng Shui tips for the New Year:
BEFORE NEW YEAR’S
Make a list of your goals for the year.
Organize and de-clutter your environment, home, office, car, etc.
Donate to relatives, friends, charity, thrifts shops or sell old items on Craiglist or Ebay.
Clear yourself of emotional clutter --, release fear, anger and resentment.
Introduce new energy into the home by getting new towels, new music, fresh plants and flowers.
Don’t forget your pets -- wash and fill bowls with fresh water and food.
Be respectful of the money in your wallet, fold and organize it.
stock up on items for pantry and refrigerator to encourage abundance.
Display bowls of oranges and tangerines to symbolize happiness and a tray of candy to “sweeten” your year ahead.
ON NEW YEAR’S DAY
1. Open doors and windows at midnight to let go of old energy.
Wear red for good energy and luck.
Don’t use knives, scissors, or cutting instruments.
Don’t borrow or lend money (sets up bad patterns for the year).
Don’t have negative thoughts or feelings.
Don’t clean, or sweep so you wont sweep away your good luck.
Pay respect to ancestors, with thoughts or actions.
Give red envelopes with money to children for luck.
Have a full wallet for the New Year.
With those, you are now ready to start the New Year with great energy to attract great health, prosperity, happiness and joy.
